Leisure Ride (25km)

This ride is designed for the occasional or new rider and will leave the Cataraqui Community Centre at 11:00am.  It will head west along McIvor Road to the K&P trail, follow the trail to Burbrook Road and then head north on Cordukes and continue in a clockwise loop. This route is designed to minimize left hand turns and follows very pretty country roads in Frontenac County.  This route also provides 2 opportunities to shorten the ride – by turning right on Sydenham Road (beware the big hill leading up to Burbrook Road!) or by continuing west along Unity Road past Sydenham Road, turning right at Highland Heights and then picking up the route on Cole Hill Road.  Printed routes and cue sheets will be included in the ride kits.

This ride will have a Ride Leader and a sweep and will ride as a group.  Anyone wishing to do the shorter routes must advise the leader.  The Ride Leader will provide any specific instructions prior to starting the ride.
