This ride start at the Sports Dome on Westbrook Road - located just south of the 401 on the west side of Westbrook Road. 



The responsibility for hosting this ride rotates weekly between several Ride Leaders.

Bike Routes:  A variety of Bike Routes.  
Average Distance:  Approx 40km depending on day light conditions.
Duration:  Approx 2 hrs
Bike Type:  Best suited for a road or hybrid bike
Nutrition:  Bring 2 water bottles and a light snack (i.e. an energy bar, banana, etc.)
