This is a training ride at a quick pace with two different pacing options:
Each week will feature a new Zwift route, including flat, hilly and mountain. They will be scheduled between 1 to 1.5 hours in length. Feel free to ride together at a spirited pace, or get racy and go for the KOM, sprint or overall win.
To sign-up, please join the Kingston Velo Club on Zwift. Open the Zwift Companion app. In the main screen click “Clubs” (bottom left). Toggle “All Clubs” (top middle). In the search field type “Kingston Velo Club”. Follow the instructions.
