We will start our ride in the parking lot at the Metro Store at the corner of Bayridge and Taylor Kidd- please park in the southeast most corner of the parking lot.
The responsibility for hosting this ride rotates weekly between several Ride Leaders.
Bike Routes: A variety of Bike Routes.
Average Distance: Approx 40km depending on day light conditions.
Duration: Approx 2 hrs
Bike Type: Best suited for a road or hybrid bike
Nutrition: Bring 2 water bottles and a light snack (i.e. an energy bar, banana, etc.)
