RWGPS Route Links
The Routes These are classic gravel routes in central Frontenac. There are 41, 57 and 76 km options. The two shorter routes goes under Bob's Lake. The long route circumnavigates Bob's Lake. All three routes include the always fun McNeil Rd and James Wilson Rd sections.
Route Choice When registering, be sure to indicate your preferred route choice. Change your mind? No problem. We just want a rough sense of preferences.

Ride Preparation You should be familiar with Ontario's Safe Cycling Guidelines, and bring the following with you on the ride:
- a cell phone, with the app "what3words" installed
- a copy of the ride route (downloaded to a mobile device or printed)
- a spare tube, pump and repair kit
- sufficient hydration and nutrition
- health card
- document showing address and emergency contact information
