This is a basic bicycle check and maintenance clinic that provides information on the following items:
a) What to carry on your bicycle to complete roadside repair: How to complete a flat repair.
b) Pre-Ride Checks: Tires, Wheels, Brakes, Chain, Headset / Stem.
c) What to bring on every ride.
