About this event

This week we depart from the Harrowsmith K&P Parking lot at 0930hrs and travel west to Perth Rd, a distance of some 17km. We will pass by Hogan Lake for those wanting a quick dip and stop in Sydenham on the return leg for a coffee. See you then!     A leisurely weekly ride of 20 to 30km (group consensus) with a coffee/ice cream break in the middle. This ride is ideal for those new to cycling or those getting back in the saddle after a few years away. All rides will be on either on the K&P or Cataraqui Trail. We will never ride on the road. Pace will be 10 to 15 km/hour and each week we will depart from a different trail parking lot. Junior participants are warmly welcomed and encouraged to ride along. See you then!
