About this event
A 0900hr start. This week we will ride from the Burbrook K&P Parking Lot to Sydenham. Distance is 36km. We will depart early due to the heat. A leisurely weekly ride of 20 to 30km (group consensus) with a coffee/ice cream break in the middle. This ride is ideal for those new to cycling or those getting back in the saddle after a few years away. All rides will be on either on the K&P or Cataraqui Trail. We will never ride on the road. Pace will be 10 to 15 km/hour and each week we will depart from a different trail parking lot. Junior participants are warmly welcomed and encouraged to ride along. See you then!

Safety/Ride Preparation
- Safety Matters Please familiarize yourself with everything under the "Safety Matters" tab
- Lights Always use front and rear lights with daytime flashing modes
- Group Riding Communicate your movements (including speed changes) and any obstacles
- No Wheel Overlapping Just don't do it!
- Passing Always on the left, and call it out (typically, “on your left”)
- Traffic Laws Obey them!
