Game Plan
Head out as a group from the Red House West at 6 PM. When the group arrives at the junction of Jackson Mills Road and Burbrook Road, head either east or west and start doing hill repeats, either on your own, or with friends. Meet back at the junction at 7:20, and ride back as a group to the Red House West.

This event will be repeated monthly. As the season progresses, see if you can improve your time for a single repeat, or if you can increase the number of repeats that you are able to do in a single session.

Lights The ride will finish around sunset. Make sure that you have both front and rear lights on your bike, and that they are properly charged.

Post Ride Refreshments
We'll hang around at the Red House West after the ride and enjoy some of their great brews, or other refreshments.
