Join us for our Summer Social at MacKinnon Brothers Brewing Company in Bath, following the Saddle Up Sunday rides that will start and finish at the same location.

Catch up with other members, listen to live music by Three's Company, and enjoy a casual lunch in an outdoor area designated for this KVC event.

$25.00 per person includes your individually packed lunch catered by Tulips and Maple (artisan sandwich of your choice with fresh cut vegetables and dip, cheese, fresh baked cookies, and a non-alcoholic beverage). Cash bar provided.

To confirm the catering, registration and payment is required by 12:00pm Monday, July 7. Capacity is limited to 120 people. 

Please note:

• Payment by Interac eTransfer: When registering, select the "Pay Later" button in the payment window and then send payment from your on-line bank account to treasurer@kingstonveloclub.ca
• Registration: As this is a catered event, late registrations and cancellations cannot be accepted.
  
• Time: Event begins at 12 noon.
• Format: Picnic table seating for lunch and mingling with your fellow members! 
• Parking: Please park in the large Eastern lot designated as "Event Parking"
• What to bring: Picnic tables and umbrellas will be provided, but feel free to bring an extra camping chair (and some sunscreen!) to enjoy our outdoor space.
• Rain Date: We're hoping for beautiful weather. However, if we have to cancel due to inclement weather, the event will take place Sunday, July 20.
