  • Head Count Confirm that all riders have returned to the start.  If a rider has not returned, take appropriate action asap if concerned about an injured, lost or abandoning rider.
  • Socialize Socialize with the group, and provide feedback and encouragement.
  • Incident Report In the case of an incident, send the following info immediately after the ride to the Club executive - name, date, description of the incident or action, location, witnesses.
  • Ride Log Update the Ride Log.
  • Route Issues If you encountered a route issue during the ride (minor or major), inform the program coordinator so that it can be fixed.
