Meet and leave Kingston Fort Henry at 8:00 am arrive at the park at 9:00 am
Pack a hearty trail lunch to eat on route. 10 k total hike. This is a hilly, rocky and challenging route that will take approx 5 hours in the woods to complete
Bring lots of water – minimum 2 bottles, perhaps also a hot tea or hot chocolate in a thermos
Layers of clothes including rain wear weather depending; gloves, hat, extra pair of socks
Sturdy hiking shoes or boots
