Mid-Week Stretch rides are the perfect way to bridge the gap between weekend rides. Come join us for an evening of fresh air, exercise and fun with a group of cycling enthusiasts!!
While this ride is not focused on speed, the Ride Leader, if possible, will build flexibility into the ride to accommodate different skill levels so that a comfortable
cadence within the
19-24 kpm range can be enjoyed by all. This is YOUR ride and we want you to have a positive experience!!!
The
average distance is
approx 30km but can range anywhere from 20 km to 40 km based on day light conditions.
This series of rides starts and ends at the
Cataraqui Community Centre and travels roads mostly north of Kingston. On occasion, a city route may be chosen and or the K&P Trail.
The responsibility for hosting this ride rotates weekly between several Ride Leaders as do the routes.

Nutrition: Bring 2 water bottles and a light snack (for example, an energy bar, banana, etc.) in case your energy drops during the ride.
