This ride will start at Finkle's Shore Park on the Loyalist Parkway, just west of Bath.   The ride will wind its way up to Hay Bay South Shore then head down to the Parkway to return to the start point. 

Bike Type:  Best suited for a road or hybrid bike
Nutrition:  Bring 2 water bottles and a light snack (i.e. an energy bar, banana, etc.)
