Our software is not counting the number of registrants properly. There are 3 tabes of 8 at the dinner theater available to us so please count manually the list of registrants to determine if seats are available for you. If available, please register here on the website and call the Best wester in Coburg to purchase your dinner tickets and reserve a room. Ask to sit at one of the tables reserved under the name of Gordon Smith.


Provincial Covid rules apply to this event....double vaccination mandatory 14 days before event.
An overnight get away before settling in for winter! Bike rides in the Coburg area (1,5 hr drive from downtown Kingston) on Saturday and Sunday, Oct 30-31  and Dinner Theater on Saturday night with the Northumberland Players performing a comedy - “Birds and Bees”.

Check out the theatre and dinner discription at Best Western Plus, Coburg Inn and Convention Centre. They have altered the venue to obey all provincial covid regulations and we will be seated at our own tables of eight.   

Stay at the Best Western Plus Inn and Convention Center, where the Dinner theater is held and brike rides begin. The cost to you of the play and hotel room is $269.15 including taxes, based on double occupancy. There are 2 queen beds in each room.

Saturday's bike ride begins at 10:30 and Sunday's ride at 9;30. Routes will be posted later for those attending. Dinner is at 5:30 on Saturday, followed by the theatre presentation at 7:30. There are nice walking opportunities for non-bikers. Coburg is where the Sprucewood Handmade Cookie Company is located. Yummm - lots of shortbreads! 

About the Play

TO ATTEND.......To attend the dinner theater package including the hotel stay please register here on the KVC website before Wednesday, October 6 at 5 pm as the Best Western is holding three tables where we can be seated together. I will purchase your dinner hotel package on your behalf so we can all sit together and you can reimburse me personally.

The theater ticket and hotel resevation will be in your name when you check into the hotel. If you register to attend, please etransfer $269.15 to gmsmith69@gmail.com or make alternative arrangements for payment. 

Should be fun!!!! A great way to begin the celebration of KVC's 50th year anniversary, enjoy the fall colours and put on a few more kms on your bike. Hope to see you there!
