Online Cycle Training
This is a fun ride on a 5 km loop with an optional 200 m sprint each time around. Sprinters will be asked to soft pedal after the sprint to regroup. We will be maintaining 1.8 to 2.2 w/kg.
Because this is an e-ride on the Zwift platform, you need to have an active Zwift subscription and some form of connected trainer.
**You will need to be following the ride leader, Ralph Morgan, on Zwift to receive the meetup invite.
Registration is required - the ride leader will create a Zwift Meetup for the ride based on the registration the afternoon before the ride is scheduled.
If you are not registered you will not be included in the meetup notification.
