This Wednesday we ride 5 laps of the Fan Flats. Each lap is 6.1 kms and has a short sprint. Red line the sprint and then regroup. The elastic is off so we use our Zwifting skills to regroup after every sprint. Pace is 35 to 40 km/hr which is a relaxing B ride in Zwift.<br />As always you need to be following me on Zwift for me to be able to send you an invite.
