On today's ride we will depart from The K&P Parking lot on Unity Road and go North though Sydenham to Hogan Lake. We will go approx 45 km in total. This weekly ride will be a C/D pace and is designed for newcomers to cycling or those who have been away for a while. Although there will be different start points it will alway be on the K&P trail. The ride starts at 1000 hrs and the duration will be up to the riders themselves. E bikes are more than welcome. Come out and enjoy a leisurely ride while you get in shape.
