Please ensure you have fully charged lights on your bike. Sunset for Sept 11th is 7:24PM.
Please park on Leonard St., just east and south of school if school parking is unavailable.
The Women’s Rides take place every Monday evening from early May to mid September. Rides now start at 5:30pm, to accommodate shorter days
and distances may be slightly shorter.
These rides have a Ride Rating of C and B category. There will be two ride leaders to assist with the spread in pacing. Routes are approximately 40km long (or shorter), to provide variety, and start at a different location each month.

Riders should be familiar with
Ontario's Safe Cycling Guidelines
and bring the following items with them on the ride:
- a cell phone, preferably with the "what3words" app installed
- a copy of the ride route (printed or downloaded to a device of their choice)
- a spare tube, pump and repair kit
- sufficient hydration and nutrition
- health card
- document showing address and emergency contact information
